Refund Policy

At Wangaratta Art School, we value your commitment to creativity and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy ensures fairness while accounting for the resources required to prepare each workshop.
1. Cancellations with Full Refund
If you cancel your booking more than 5 full business days before the workshop or event, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Partial Refunds for Late Cancellations
If you cancel your booking with less than 5 full business days but at least 2 full business days' notice, you may receive a 50% refund, or you can transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability).
3. No Refund for Short-Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 2 full business days' notice are not eligible for a refund.
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your booking if notice is provided at least 2 full business days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.
5. Workshop Cancellations by Wangaratta Art School
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered the choice of:
